Juniper Housing Corp., a community based and non-profit charitable organization is pleased to announce the grand opening of Juniper Manor in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in January 2009.

Juniper Manor provides 19 studio units and 24 one bedroom units on four levels. In addition to living units, includes many amenities, including a library room and a large kitchen, sitting and dining area on the main level. In the basement level, there are workshop rooms and an assembly room for social and recreational activities. The upper two levels include20 one bedroom affordable rental units. Each of thesehas larger washroom and special features for wheelchair access.
There is an entry gateway and a garden court in the front yard. This area will be a secure landscaped space available for residents to socialize and meet with friends and family members. Entry is at ground level with wheelchair ramps and elevator access to all levels.

Affordable
Juniper Manor is developed with contributions from the local community and with support from three levels ofgovernments through the Centenary AffordableHousingProgram.This Program helps to reduce the cost of the building which makes the rental rates for affordable for lower income individuals.
 
Life Style:

A variety of units ranging in size is available.
There will be a variety of services available to residents to enrich and assist with independent living.

A variety of programs and services will be available to meeting the physical, social and cultural needs of the residents.

Rental Policy
 
Juniper Housing Corporation's primary rental policy, including rental rates is to provideaffordable housing to seniors and immigrants. This policy is in keeping with the objective of the Saskatoon Chinese Community, Saskatchewan Housing Corporation and CMHC. At the discretion of the Juniper Housing Corporation Board of Directors (Board), the rental policy and rates can be changed by the Juniper Board to reflect ongoing market and rental conditions. These conditions may include but not limited to number of rental applications, vacancy rate and financial position of the Juniper Housing Corporation. The Board will considered all factors in determining the rental policy and rental rates.

-新移民成年单身或夫妻可以申请

年收入超过四万三没有资格申请

水费及天然气费用均包括在租金内
电费不包括在租金内。



洗衣設施

大厦底层设有收费自用洗衣及干衣机。



保安設備

大廈兩個入口處註有對話系統 .訪客按下密碼 ,戶可用家中電話與大門外訪客通話 ,並用電話按制開啟大門 .

大廈管理處有 24小時閉路電視錄影監察 .大廈入口同時有閉路電視 ,接駁於電現接收系統 ,收看大門外訪客影像 .
